Aside from Legislators not passing a law, Gretchen’s delusions continue to spread fear and compliance across the state as she demands law enforcement to uphold her unconstitutional executive orders.

But wait! While there is a long list of exemptions; a secret clause, that is not so secret if you just read the dang order, is laid out in item 6:

Nothing in this order shall be taken to abridge protections guaranteed by the state and federal constitution under these emergency circumstances, ….

Well then, let’s take a look at the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution, Section 1:

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Telling anyone they are required to wear a mask or that they must refuse service to anyone that doesn’t have a mask on directly violates that person’s 14th Amendment rights. Which violates USC and is criminal, we will talk about that soon.
EO-2020-147 (MASKS) IS VOID by its own wording, it’s nothing more than an unconstitutional recommendation at best.

“After last week’s incident with these guy,” said Jay, a member of the American Patriot Council, “when they leveled a high-powered rifle in the face of a citizen trying to pass through a public street, the people of Michigan are both angry, and nervous. We don’t know how long this can keep happening in our streets before people take action to end the madness.”

High-ranking officials from State and local police told the American Patriot Press that Birdsong has been an ongoing problem in the community for a long time. Now, aside from his career as a criminal, he has become the leader of Black Lives Matter, the democrat run hate group in Lansing. Though he admits working with BLM, Birdsong has been using social media to ask for donations, so it would appear BLM is subjecting him to unpaid labor.

Birdsong likes to call himself the “warrior of the people”, but his actions sing a different tune. He was seen brandishing a weapon on a live Facebook video, where he was threatening patriots and calling them racist, as he was bizarrely bragging about seeing his kids sometimes throughout the week. Many other videos and pictures of Birdsong contain threats or threatening images.

Phil Robinson, of the Michigan Liberty Militia, a group known for protecting citizens and businesses from BLM and Antifa rioters, has become a target of threats from Birdsong and Michael Lynn. Lynn was involved in the second amendment demonstration by Congresswomen  Sarah Anthony, that blew up in her face when she refused to have talks with American Patriot Council members after falsely calling them racists after the rally on April 30. Leaders from APC spoke with Abraham, inviting her to speak at the next rally, to which she declined, but agreed she wanted unity and agreed to a meeting with council leadership. She has since not returned calls. Robinson and others have made repeated attempts to meet with Lynn and Birdsong to discuss a way forward, but they were met with double talk and threats.

The message from BLM leadership is a hard line: do what we ask, or there will be no peace.

Antifa rioters don swastikas and masks, ready to fight anyone who threatens chaos.

LAND OF CHAZ- New photos out of Antifa-run Capital Hill Autonomous Zone (CHAZ) reveal the true nature of the group. The true mission of the terrorist group seems to be to divide everyone.

There appears to be trouble in paradise already and some are now calling the newest “country” to pop up on this planet, Chop, while others continue to call it CHAZ. There are rifts now, between Antifa and Black Lives Matter.

Today, ironically, BLM, an organization recently revealed to be run by Democrats, told reporters that they have filed suit against the city of Seattle, that coincidentally is also run by Democrats. Meanwhile, Antifa members continue to push for utter chaos.

As the “every man for himself” message grows louder from the now floundering Democratic Party, many left-leaning Americans are starting to wonder if they’ve been duped.

“Somebody’s got to be in there to hold them accountable. Hold them [the Democrats] accountable for how they are treating black people [and] root out the bigotry,” stated Vernon Jones, the Democratic state lawmaker, who recently resigned his seat.

“We have been seeing more and more people on both sides of the aisle that are tired of getting no real representation from their lawmakers,” says Jason Howland of the American Patriot Council, “but the number of former Democrats leaving the party, and putting their differences aside to stand for American freedoms is unbelievable. It’s pretty cool, actually.”

One thing is obvious, with clear links between BLM and the Democratic Party along with Antifa, who are paid for by leftwing extremists, it is clear the radical left will stop at nothing to create chaos and misery. The question is, when will more Americans stand with groups like the American Patriots to put an end to the violence and corruption in the US?

Hillary Clinton joined the fight to keep oppression alive in Michigan on Friday, tweeting:

“Armed men storming a legislature to disrupt its democratic proceedings is domestic terrorism. It can’t be tolerated.”

This is Hillary’s comment on an already debunked article from Newsweek.com. The article said that the “Good Americans” (as The President called the Michigan residents in an earlier press conference) “stormed the capital” during the American Patriot Rally, claiming they illegally put the capital under siege.

No laws were broken as rally goers took peaceful civil uprising to the next level. Working with state police to get inside the Capitol, they swayed the vote in favor of the people.

“The Rally was organized with one mission…” according to Jason Howland, an organizer, “a ”NO” vote from the legislature on extending the state of emergency declaration in Michigan!” Howland was inside the capital and witness to the cooperation between rally attendees and State Police. “We all had our temperature taken and were let in by state police then given directions on where to go. Some of the police were even taking pictures with some of the militia men.”

“The list of Dems putting their foot in their mouth over this event is growing more astonishing by the hour, it seems.” says Ryan Kelley, of the American Patriot Rally Organization team. “We’ve heard some wild stories even as we continue to debunk the rumors from every direction.” Ryan is an upstanding part of the community and one of those involved in a well-thought-out plan to speak with Sarah Anthony, a Michigan Democratic State Rep who stated that the organizers of the rally were white supremacists.
Anthony defied the Democratic Party’s “no guns image” and brought armed citizens to the capital as “defense” against who she mistakenly called white supremacists early last week. The whole thing was a misunderstanding and Anthony’s security is now in positive communication with the Michigan Liberty Militia, who is the security force for the American Patriot Rally.

“It’s awesome, all the love we’re getting from everyone,” Said Phil R., security head for the rally.

As the list of misinformed Dems grows, the question must be asked: “Are the democrats losing touch with the people so much so that the information that the average American has had access to for weeks is out of reach for them?”

It is notable that the photo used in the errant article actually depicts the same man in the now viral photo posing with police.

We reached out to Hillary for comment on the gaf, but she has not responded

As more and more Michiganders seem to be laughing in the face of Governor Gretchen Whitmer and her bizarre executive orders, a voice of reason comes from Livingston county.

Two weeks ago, Livingston County Sheriff Mike Murphy, like many others, publicly stated that he and his officers would not be enforcing any executive orders.

He was berated by the media over this. Many accused him of breaking the law among other accusations. Whitmer’s band of false witnesses was hard at work once again.

This week the sheriff spoke out once more, to lay rest to any of the rumors surrounding, both his decisions and his authority to make the decision.

“When we get back to normal, whenever that is, all of these cases, all of these executive order violations, are going to be dismissed.” Murphy said, “it’s going to be just like marijuana. Once marijuana became legal, everything in the system, all those cases were dismissed.”

Murphy said he was making the statement to explain his position. “You may not agree,, but hopefully you’ll understand”

Livingston County is located in southeast Michigan, where pressure has been the highest to adhere to executive orders. Many are calling Murphy and other Sheriffs American heroes for taking their stands.

“It seemed less about public safety, and more about banning fun,” said B, and anonymous supporter of the American Patriot Rally. “How can a boat motor spread a virus?”

Amidst all the controversy, Whitmer’s erratic behavior is beginning to show the truth behind the executive orders she’s keeps referring to as laws.

“I don’t particularly want to see people congregating, period. We know that contributes to spread, but if people are going to come down and demonstrate, do it in a responsible way. That’s what we ask.”

Those don’t sound much like the words of someone confident in what she’s saying. “I don’t particularly want to see,” and “that’s what we ask,” sound much more like suggestions than laws. …And Michiganders are taking notice. Businesses continue to open and arrest threats continue to lose their power.

After Governor Gretchen Whitmer slandered organizers of the American Patriot Rally without cause saying, “Some of the outrageous of what happened in our Capitol this week depicted some of the worst racism and awful parts of our history in this country,”

Many anti-constitution, left-leaning members of the state House of Representatives claimed they were triggered by the guns and “felt in fear for their safety.”

One normally anti-gun state rep, Sarah Anthony felt so in danger that she took matter into her own hands, apparently seeing the value of the second amendment saying,

“When traditional systems, whether it’s law enforcement or whatever, fail us, we also have the ability to take care of ourselves,”

She was later quoted as saying, “I’m not much of a gun person myself, but it’s nice to know someone’s got your back.”

After reading an article on YahooNews, American Patriot Rally organizers, sought to speak with Anthony about her fear.

“I was able to reach Sarah fairly easily after two text messages,” says rally organizer, Jason Howland. “We talked for about 10 minutes. We invited her to speak at the next rally and she declined, but said we would do a Zoom meeting to open a dialogue where she could express her fears.”

In an ironic turn of events, two days later, Michael Lynn, a member of Anthony’s armed security force, reached out to Phil of Michigan Liberty Militia head of security for the American Patriot Rally, and a target of Whitmer’s slanderous attacks, for help guarding Sarah Anthony at the capital during some rumored protest on Thursday the 14th.

“I think it’s great to see cooperation between the Democratic State House Rep and Militias to foster proper use of the second amendment. It was brave of Anthony to stand up to her party who undoubtedly went into fits when she showed up armed to the teeth,” said Ryan Kelley of the American Patriots. “So many fantastic things are happening for the cause of freedom in Michigan.”

It was an interesting sight to say the least as the governor, wringing her hands nervously scolded, “These executive orders are not a suggestion. They’re not optional; they’re not helpful hints.”

Red-faced, the governor grimaced as if she wanted crawl out of her own skin and slither off of the stage.

It all began when Whitmer ordered police to violate the constitution by intimidating 77 year old barber, Karl Manke, into shutting down his Owosso Barber shop and eventually threatening to arrest the man.

“I have no animosity toward the governor,” stated Manke, a man who has seen fourteen presidents in his lifetime, “I don’t care about any of this nonsense, I just want to work.”

While Manke is one of the more public accounts, he is not the only Michigan business that has opened up in spite of the governor’s failed attempt to control the people. Thousands of businesses have opened up. More and more each day as the governor seems to have completely lost the trust of the people in her state.

After the American Patriot Rally, a major New York Publication reported that as many as a million more people were out and about the next day.

We recently witnessed two protests in Lansing that have been covered by phony, agenda-driven news reports. What they have failed to report is that there was not one ticket issued, not one act of violence, or property destruction at either event in Lansing. Trash was nowhere to be found and the armed Militia, Police officers and SWAT team were respectful toward each other.

Contrast that with the Antifa protests that leave a city in destruction, violence, lawlessness, and littered with graffiti and trash. A complete opposite picture of the protests in Lansing was witnessed, with the armed Militia helping to keep the peace by keeping the violent lawbreakers, like Antifa, out.

But who exactly is the Militia and why does the national news try to discredit them with phony news reports? The Militia is a patch-work of law-abiding (often ex-military or ex-police) unorganized, well-regulated, and independent Citizens whose foundation is based on the Constitution of Michigan and the Constitution of the United States.

“A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a Free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.” [US Constitution Amendment 2].

“Every person has a right to keep and bear arms for the defense of himself and the State.” [Michigan Constitution, Article 1, Section 6].

The militia shall be organized, equipped and disciplined as provided by law. Michigan Constitution. 1963, Art. III, § 4

In the simplest form, Militia members are “sheepdogs.” What I mean by that is, the Militia protects the innocent sheep from the ravenous wolves in positions of power, seeking to destroy them. They exist to protect the constitutional rights of the citizens in Michigan when the elected and established government ceases to do so.

Therefore, if you are a law-abiding citizen you have nothing to fear from the Militia. They exist for the purpose of protecting and defending our rights as spelled out in the Constitution.

The Constitution is the law of the land and the Constitution is what the Militia is there to protect. Every elected official in Michigan swears an oath to defend and protect the Constitution as written. So, when these elected officials abdicate their oath and fail to uphold the Constitution, the Militia is there to step in and protect citizens against the government overreach, as defined in the Constitution.

We saw this play out recently when the Militia stepped in and protected a 77-year-old barber in Owosso from the State Police who were trying to arrest him, acting on Governor Whitmer’s now defunct orders. The Governor, Attorney General and the State Police are attempting to enforce these defunct executive orders, in violation of the barber’s constitutional rights. This gross violation of her power is called acting under the “Color of Law.”

Color of Law, as opposed to the Rule of Law, refers to an appearance of legal power to act that operates in violation of the law. For example, if a police officer acts with the “color of law” authority to arrest someone, the arrest, if it is made without probable cause, is actually in violation of the law.

Another recent example of this gross negligence and intentional violation of our rights as citizens is the phony “Russia Collusion” hoax and the unlawful attack on General Flynn. The corrupt FBI, CIA, and DOJ, acting under the “color of law” actually were in violation of General Flynn’s rights. He has been completely exonerated, but the process took over two years, two million dollars, and it took a President who is committed to protecting its citizens.

Now that the FBI, has been exposed for setting up and framing individuals like General Flynn, one must wonder who else they (FBI, CIA, DOJ, etc.) have set up in the past? Timothy McVeigh, WACO, and Elian Gonzalez come to mind. Remember Elian, the 6-year old little boy whose house was raided in the early morning to forcibly remove him from his home? Now, that sounds familiar! Think Michael Cohen, Roger Stone, etc.

Remember that most of the members in militia groups are ex-police or ex-military. They are very honorable and tough men. The swastika and noose were clearly displayed on signs showing that it is Governor Whitmer’s unlawful and oppressive actions that are reminiscent of Nazi Germany at the beginning of WWII. Others were there for other “non-Militia” reasons. Just wait and see, I bet you see the same guy holding his Confederate flag at the next event on Monday at Rosa Park Circle. He is NOT one of the Militia. He is likely an Anitfa type agitator.

I agree, the Militia can be a scary looking group and they can be intimidating. But, remember, if you are a law-abiding citizen or an elected official who is defending the Constitution, you have absolutely nothing to fear. Only the law-breakers and elected officials who trample our Constitution should be afraid. These “sheepdogs” protect the sheep and they will attack the wolves when necessary.

We need more honorable men like these Militias. They are good, strong, and dangerous. Notice I started that sentence with the word “good.” We need them in today’s political environment where the Constitution and protecting our natural rights, seems to be trampled on and ignored as something to “get around” as opposed to something to defend. We cannot allow this to happen on our watch. For what we allow, we tacitly approve.

Finally, no one has pointed out that banning guns from the capitol means nothing to someone with criminal intent. Our State police with guns can’t be everywhere, every time. Thank you, fellow Militia members, for standing in the gap and for helping secure our Constitution.
